BLACK DRAIN DRAINAGE BOARD ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT (LAND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT WORKS) REGULATIONS 1999 (as amended)

It is the intention of the Black Drain Drainage Board (the Board) to undertake improvement works (as defined in the above Regulations) on Black Drain within the vicinity of The Dutchman, Moorends Road, Moorends, Doncaster, South Yorkshire.
The improvement works will comprise timber toe piling on the road side edge of Black Drain. Approximate length of timber toe piling is 20 metres
Any person who wishes to make representations in relation to the likely environmental effects of the proposed improvement works may do so in writing to the address below.
All representations must be made within 28 days of this notice.
Natural England has been consulted under the Regulations.
